Join Stanford BioDesign for a Brown Bag Lunch talk with Pedram Ashfar. Pedram is a technology innovator focused on human-centered automation to improve health access particularly for the underserved. He has launched products in neuromodulation and cardiac rhythm management at Medtronic and Element Science, respectively. Pedram is a medical doctor who also holds a PhD in engineering through the Pitt/CMU MSTP. He graduated magna cum laude in engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and was a 2009-10 Stanford Biodesign Innovation Fellow. Pedram is currently CEO and Founder of Sage Health and an instructor for the Stanford course Biodesign for Societal Health.
